About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to build and improve advanced AI chatbot systems with agentic workflows. The role involves designing LLM-powered applications, developing AI pipelines, improving conversational intelligence, implementing memory and personalization systems, and working on AI evaluation and model optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building production-grade AI applications using LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, model fine-tuning, and machine learning pipelines.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop AI-powered conversational agents with complex agentic workflows.
Build and maintain chatbot architectures for different use cases including customer interaction, lead generation, and personalized AI companions.
Develop LLM pipelines for response generation, evaluation, scoring, and optimization.
Implement memory systems for maintaining user context and personalization.
Build user profiling systems to understand user behavior and improve AI responses.
Work on LLM fine-tuning and behavior optimization.
Develop emotion recognition and sentiment analysis capabilities.
Improve chatbot accuracy, response quality, and conversational behavior.
Design scalable AI services and integrate them into production systems.
Handle missing data scenarios and build intelligent fallback mechanisms.
Create data visualization and export pipelines for AI-generated insights.
Perform model evaluation and benchmark AI performance.

Requirements:

AI / LLM Engineering
Strong experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar LLM APIs.
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM optimization.
Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks and quality measurement.
Understanding of fine-tuning, embeddings, and model adaptation techniques.
Agentic AI & Chatbots
Experience building AI agents and multi-step workflows.
Experience with frameworks like:
LangChain
LangGraph
LlamaIndex
AutoGen or similar agent frameworks
Understanding of tool calling, workflow orchestration, and autonomous AI behavior.
Machine Learning
Experience with NLP tasks such as:
Sentiment analysis
Emotion recognition
Text classification
User behavior analysis
Experience training, fine-tuning, and evaluating ML models.
Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Backend & System Design
Strong Python development skills.
Experience designing scalable AI services and APIs.
Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
Knowledge of databases for storing conversational data and user memory.
Experience working with vector databases such as:
Pinecone
Weaviate
ChromaDB
Milvus
Qdrant
