Cold Calling Specialist

About the Role

ArhamSoft (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for a confident, fluent, and results-driven Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience engaging with international prospects, generating leads, and booking qualified appointments for the Sales/Business Development team.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to international prospects.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture B2B/B2C leads.
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Research companies, decision-makers, and verified contact information.
• Schedule and book qualified appointments for the Sales/BD team.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and interactions in the CRM.
• Meet assigned calling, lead-generation, and appointment-setting targets.
• Handle objections and rejection professionally.
• Target international markets including the USA, UK, Europe, and Middle East.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Cold Calling, Telemarketing, BPO, or a similar role.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Previous BPO or international campaign experience will be preferred.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with international clients.
• Ability to handle rejection and work effectively under targets.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Positive, energetic, and results-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
